"Boo Boo"

Hi, my name is Boo Boo. I was an abused dog living in Aruba when a wonderful woman found out about me and contacted her friend, Lynne, in Texas. I had been starved, beaten, burned and thought this was what life was all about. Well, Lynne, started the ball rolling and contacted her other friends, who later were to be known as E-rescue-houston, and took up donations to help me get to Texas. As luck one have it, some of Lynne's e-rescue-houston buddies were going scuba diving at a neighboring island. They brought me back to Texas and now I have a wonderful life with Lynne and the other pups!!!

Hi, my name is Aaron. I was found in a garbage dump behind Aaron's rental. I had a rope embedded in my neck. I had mange and worms. I was near death when Carlos from Noah's Ark Grooming and Pets found me. He knew just what to do. He took me to the vet and then called my friends at E-rescue. Then he took care of me for a couple of months. Well, the day came and he told my E-rescue friends that I was ready for a new home, he could tell it in my eyes. I know I am going to miss him but I am so happy because I now have my own family with my own kids. Here I am with my new mom!!!

Hi, my name is Hope. I was picked up and in the pound. I was infected with sarcoptic mange. Even though I was contagious to other dogs a wonderful woman involved with E-rescue-houston offered to foster me while I recovered. Because of that offer from this angel, South Texas Labrador Retriever Rescue could put me in their adoption program and my life was saved.

Hi, my name is Minnie. A wonderful lady named Lisa, got me out of the pound for my new foster mom. Although I have had many health issues, I have brought much love to my new foster mom home. We dogs that are given a second chance make wonderful pets. Won't you consider rescuing one of us next time? ...

You know, I might have just stayed there if I would have know she was going to try to drown me. Please come on down to the shelter and see all the other cute kitties and doggies. ...

 




Hi, my name is Angel. I am just as sweet as I am cute. I had a wonderful mother but she died and her family took me to the pound. I guess they did not have room for me but I don't know why, because I am just barely 4 pounds. Anyway, the nice people at the pound worked very hard to find someone to help me. A very nice woman contacted E-rescue-houston and now I have a wonderful new mom and a big sister named Peanut who is only 5 pounds. I know my old mommy is looking down from heaven and smiling because I am happy again. ...

Hi, my name is Tommie. I was rescued from a kill shelter and was so happy but the rescue people were really worried about all of my allergies. I stayed at the boarding facility for a very long time because nobody wanted me because of how I looked and because I was scratching all the time. There was one lady who adopted another little dog that came in with me and every time she came by Noah's Ark, she would ask how I was doing. One day she couldn't stand it anymore and decided to adopt me too!!!! Boy did I hit the jackpot. Courtney took me to her vet and they started all kinds of treatment on me. Just look at me now. I am off all the medicine and I just don't itch anymore. I love my new home with my brothers and sisters but my mom and dad are the BEST!!!! Oh by the way, Courtney ended up volunteering for E-rescue too and I have heard those people say that they could not run E-rescue and save all of the other doggies and kitties without her. I am so proud of my mom!!!! Thanks Mom and E-rescue!!!
